Help with TheorySwipe
Most things are answered below. If not, email us and a real person will reply, usually within two working days.

Common fixes
- Study reminders don't appear. Check Android Settings → Apps → TheorySwipe → Notifications is on, and that battery saver isn't stopping the app.
- Text is too small or too big. TheorySwipe follows your phone's font size. Change it in Android Settings → Display → Font size.
- No sound or read aloud. Check the volume, the sound switch in the app's settings, and that a text-to-speech engine is installed (Android Settings → Accessibility → Text-to-speech).
- Moving to a new phone. Progress is saved on your phone. With Android backup turned on, it may be restored when you set up the new phone from your Google account.
- The app closed unexpectedly. Update to the latest version from Google Play, then restart your phone. If it keeps happening, email us.
Delete your data
TheorySwipe has no accounts and sends nothing to us, so all your data lives on your phone. To delete it:
- Uninstall the app, or
- Go to Android Settings → Apps → TheorySwipe → Storage → Clear storage.
This permanently removes your progress, coins, medals and settings. We cannot recover it, because we never had a copy. See our privacy policy.
